Problem Note 53940: Incorrect standard errors and limits produced by PROC LOGISTIC if multiple CONTRAST statements use different ESTIMATE= options

If you specify multiple CONTRAST statements in PROC LOGISTIC that have different choices in the ESTIMATE= option, and ESTIMATE=PROB or ESTIMATE=ALL is used in one of them, then the standard errors and confidence limits reported by the CONTRAST statements for the probability estimate (TYPE=PROB) are incorrect. To avoid the problem, specify the same ESTIMATE= option in all CONTRAST statements, such as ESTIMATE=ALL.
